Linda Balling is a retired registered nurse. The Balling family moved to Coalinga in 1978 after Linda’s husband Tito was employed by the City of Coalinga as Direction of Purification and Supply at the new City water plant. They currently operate California Water Services, a water/wastewater contract operator business in Coalinga.
Linda has enjoyed living in Coalinga and was concerned when the hospital closed its doors. She was appointed to the Hospital Board of Directors in 2018 and was recently re-elected to serve as the representative in Zone 2. Linda enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and serving as a Coalinga Healthcare District Director.
